Spring Air® wins consumer mattress challenge for decisive fourth consecutive year.   After consumer's preference for Spring Air over Sealy®, Serta® and Simmons® in consumer challenge rest tests the last three years, Spring Air® recently won its fourth consecutive Mattress Challenge title. Conducted again by an independent research company, saw consumers choose a Spring Air Arlington Euro-Top® Back Supporter® mattress nearly 70 percent of the time compared to two higher priced mattresses Select Comfort® and Tempur-pedic®.     THE TEST IN COMPARISONS FOR THREE YEARS So there would be no clouding of issues, an independent and national testing company was hired to oversee the consumer Mattress Challenge. For the first three tests, NOP World conducted and monitored the rest test in malls located in Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Los Angeles and Tampa, and simply asked 1,200 consumers to rest test two mattresses side-by-side. One mattress each time was the Spring Air Arlington Euro Top© Pillow Top, the other belonged to either Sealy, Serta or Simmons.
